Products

  • Currently, we provide standard-ground shipping at a flat rate of (Price) for deliveries within mainland Singapore, typically arriving in 3-5 business days. Overnight and 2-day shipping options are available within mainland Singapore, with prices varying and displayed during checkout. Please be aware that Express shipping is applicable only on business days.

  • Currently, our pet accessories business does not offer worldwide shipping; however, we are actively exploring plans to expand our shipping services globally in the near future.

  • We offer free delivery for orders above $80 within mainland Singapore and require a delivery top up of $15 for all deliveries on Sentosa Island All orders under $80 ship for a (insert parcel price here) flat rate

Shipping

  • Upon submitting an order, should you require updates to your items, please reach out to us promptly. The most convenient method would be to generate a new order containing your revised items and subsequently cancel your original order.

  • Currently, it's not possible to modify the shipping service chosen for an existing order.

However, due to our swift shipping procedures, there may be instances where cancellation is not feasible. In such cases, we may need to arrange for a return once your order has been delivered. Orders

  • We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase, prioritizing the happiness of both you and your dog above all else. If either of you is not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, simply return it for a credit or refund, no questions asked. The product you're returning must be in resellable condition. Please note that we cannot accept returns for customized products, so please confirm sizing and all information before completing your order. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item, excluding any shipping costs. You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning the item to us, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please allow 7 business days for returns to be processed.   • To be eligible for a refund, the old product must be returned to Snout Street and in resellable condition. Please note that we do not accept refunds for customized items. The customer is responsible for covering the minimal shipping charges to return the product to us. If a product is damaged, please contact us for detailed instructions before returning it. We recycle all damaged returned products.
